I am Dale's (wife Margaret) only grandson. Does anyone out there have military information regarding Dale? I know that he was in Okinawa in 1945 or 1946. I believe he was in the Red Arrow Division, which is huge! If anyone could provide some military documentation for my Grandfather, it would be greatly appreciated.
He had a trunk with his WWII clothes and other items in it, but that I have not seen since my Grandma moved out of her home in 1998. Someone in our family has it, but will not confess. I would like to do research on him for my son, his great-grandson, so he knows where he was and what he did to serve his country. Thank you!
